The central strand that brings all these different projects together is an assertion that community based-creative practice can make a huge difference to peoples’ lives.

It begins with an idea. It expands to become a network. It continues, it spreads and it grows. And from this comes transformation: in creative heritage, in place-making, in artistic practices.
